Glide Agent can start your app build from a spreadsheet. Based on what you tell it, Agent will create the foundation for your app using Glide's existing components and data tables. If you don't have your own data, you can instead start with a process or workflow you want to create an app for. The agent will populate data for you that you can later replace with your own.
Agent is in Beta and only available for users with new teams.
Using Agent
Agent uses Glide's Components to create screens based on your prompt. If you upload spreadsheets, Agent will integrate them into your app. Agent can also answer questions about how to use Glide, and help you brainstorm ideas for your app.
Reverting changes
If Agent makes changes you don't want to keep, you can revert them using the revert button in the chat. Note: This only works before you leave the Builder. Once you close or navigate away from the Builder, changes cannot be reverted.

Customizing the app Agent builds
Once Agent builds your app, you can switch between Agent and the Data Editor, Layout Editor, and Workflow Editor to customize the build.
Getting Started with Agent
Users can access the Agent in three places:
On Glide's main website: When you start building with Agent on the homepage with a new account, it will create a new team and an app in that team.

Inside Glide Teams: If you start building using the chat box in a team, Agent will create a new app within that team or inside the folder where you started the prompt.

In the Builder: You can access Agent from the top navigation bar or the chat icon in the bottom-right corner to make changes to your existing app.

Limitations
Agent is a powerful starting point to get started with new app builds. For security reasons, it has the following limitations:
Set up workflows or automations.
Change advanced settings or permissions.
Import large data files or perform advanced data transformations like bulk edits or custom calculations.
Access external APIs or integrate with other platforms directly yet.
