I'm Richard, a Certified Glide Expert. For over 3 years I've built internal tools and business apps on Glide for small businesses, agencies and nonprofits.
I also work in custom code. So I can connect your app to the rest of your stack (Postgres, REST APIs, Make, n8n), take over an app someone else started, and tell you plainly when Glide isn't the right tool for part of the job. And when you need a mobile app in the App Store or Google Play, I build that too, in FlutterFlow and Flutter.
Before I build anything, I ask a lot of questions. I want to understand how your team actually works, so the app fits that instead of forcing a new process on you. When I hand over, you get documentation, so your team isn't stuck without me.
Some of what I've built:
- A mentorship platform for a nonprofit: three connected apps, one each for Bulgaria and Serbia plus a shared alumni directory in both languages. 2,000+ participants so far, still in use every season
- An events and community app for a nonprofit with 100+ members, bringing events, group communication and member coordination into one place, built in 2 weeks
- A booking system for a laser aesthetics business, with a procedure catalog, variable durations and pricing; 115+ bookings processed
- An internal dashboard for a cold email agency that pulls their tools into one view
- A fitness coaching app: clients log weight and steps daily and follow their meal plans and workout templates, while the coaches run their lead CRM from the same app, synced with Google Sheets
- Production mobile apps with full admin panels, built in FlutterFlow on Firebase and Supabase, from first screen to launch
